Draw checks to KY Classique. Any fees postmarked after Aug. 16th must be either via Credit card, Money Order or Cashiers Check. Returned checks will be assessed a $50 fee. Please check the fee calculation for your entry carefully. Computational errors or errors triggered by automated entry processes, which result in a refund due, will be charged a $25 handling charge. Should the difference remaining in the refund total be $10 or less, the remainder will be donated to the XC jump fund. All funds deposited upon receipt. Entry Fees: A/I/P: $250.00; M/T/N/BN: $230.00. BN3D:$300 Starter: $200.00. Non-compete Horses: $45.00 plus stabling fees. Non-Stabled Horses: $45.00 KHP Facility Fee. Refunds: Before C.D-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry: No refunds unless spot can be filled from a waitlist. Stabling: If stall is filled from a waitlist. USEA Starter and D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($25), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries:
All correspondence from the Secretary will be via Email. Include printed, legible current email address on entry. Entries will not be considered “complete” until payment is received. Online Entries: Accepted through XENTRY and EventEntries. Signature page, Coggins, and feesnot paid onlinemust be mailed to the Secretary within 3 days of the online submission or your entry will be assigned an adjusted “postmark” based on when payment is received. Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries not accepted. Multiple entries accepted if scheduling works, will work with these riders on an individual basis. Late entries accepted, if schedule allows. $50 late fee must be added. Advanced, Intermediate (I) and Preliminary: Copy of current USEF membership cards for rider, owner, and trainer listed on the entry must be included with entry. Non-members will be assessed a $45 Show Pass fee.Beginner Noviceriders must now be members of USEA. Horses must be registered (Limited or Full).Starter:Exempt from USEA membership/hose registration and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. Changes/Scratches:must be made in writing to the Secretary via snail mail or email only. NO phone, Messenger or Facebook withdrawals accepted. $50 Fee for all changes after closing date. Changes accepted after August 22 as schedule allows. Refunds: Full refund less $25 non-refundable office fee for withdrawals received in writing(via email or snail mail) prior to the closing date. No refunds for withdrawal requests received after the closing date. Prizes & 10 ribbons per division. Area 8 Championships – Within each division prizes will be awarded for the first 10 placings OVERALL, as well as the highest placing Adult Rider and Young Rider.

All courses: Rolling, open terrain on est. bluegrass. All courses moderate to challenging for the level. Water, ditch, banks and combinations at all levels. Some narrow faces where appropriate. 3 element coffin at Preliminary, two waters on most courses. Expect water and small bank for BN and an open ditch at Novice. Expect max number of jump efforts for all levels. Courses will be irrigated and aerivated as weather demands. Cross-country course closed.

At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
