We know that many of you have been hampered by the extreme heat and hard ground and finally have a chance to prepare now that the weather has improved. We have plenty of room for entries so we are still accepting entries. Any entry RECEIVED by Aug 26 will be accepted, and a Late Fee of $25 should be added to your total. See you soon! Post Comment

I plan to get the schedule confirmed later this week and ride times will go up over the weekend, no later than Sunday night. Event Secy

When you are begging for entries, why do you still charge a late fee? The economy has a lot more to do with the lack of entries than the heat or ground I believe.
